Process Innovation Award Winners for 2002 Awards Honor Superior Applications for their Business Effectiveness Waltham, MA (October 31, 2002) Kinetic Information today announced the winners of the 2002 Process Innovation Awards. Created in 1996 to honor superior applications for their business effectiveness, the Innovative Solution Awards are presented to six companies that implemented applications that are returning significant business benefit. A seventh Award the prestigious "Vision Award" also is presented to honor the technology initiative that exhibited the greatest potential for transforming a business or social process. Winners were selected based on process improvements that led to gains in at least one of these areas: productivity, profitability, ability to adapt to market conditions, or competitive standing/market share. Judging was performed by an independent panel of industry analysts that included Michael Bragen of BMC\research, Bob Larrivee of IMERGE Consulting, and John Parker of Kinetic Information.
