How to Participate

Participating in the Process Innovation Awards program is as simple as 1 - 2 - 3! Here's how the process works:
  • Complete one Nomination Form for each candidate you are nominating.
    Return each form to Kinetic Information before September 20, 2004. This deadline is firm, so be forewarned!
     
  • Submit the appropriate processing fee (see below) for each nomination you submit.

There is no limit on the number of nominations you may submit; however, the appropriate processing fee (see below) must be remitted for each one.

Nomination Forms & Processing Fees
In an effort to practice what we preach, Kinetic Information has taken several steps to encourage the use of the technologies that support the applications we are honoring: 
  • The Nomination Form is available in two different formats. Using the technique appropriate to the browser you are using (try right-clicking on the file name, and then choosing "Save" on the menu), simply download the file of the format you prefer:
  • We are accepting nominations prepared in electronic text processing formats as long as they are readable by Microsoft Word for Windows. Just e-mail the complete file (including the questions as well as the answers) to [email protected].

  • We have reduced the electronic submissions processing fee by $25 per nomination.
Processing Fees
As noted above, a processing fee must be included at the time of submission for each nomination submitted. The fee structure is as follows: 

Mail or courier: $150.00 (US)
E-mail attachment: $125.00 (US) 

This fee may be remitted in three ways:

  1. by overnighting a check via Fedex, UPS, or other courier company (checks must be payable to Kinetic Information in US funds and drawn on a US bank)

  2.  
  3. via MasterCard, VISA, or American Express, by emailing us the name as it appears on the card; the credit card type, number, and expiration date; and a note authorizing the charge

  4.  
  5. by emailing us a corporate Purchase Order that we may use for billing purposes (please provide the PO Number and add 3% for administration).
